Owner was extremely rude, unprofessional and racist towards me on the phone due to a misunderstanding about the check in time, i asked her what should i do next because i cancelled the booking since nobody answered the phone,she said its best we go our separate ways....i am disgusted and my husband now has to sleep in the car while i have a hospital procedure done 😡😡😡i hope this matter is going to be taken into consideration when you book in and you are not the right colour.
